PROF. DR.-ING. KLAUS BOLLINGER
Klaus Bollinger has studied Civil Engineering at the Technical University Darmstadt and taught at Dortmund University. Since 1994 he has been assigned Professor for Structural Engineering at the School of Architecture/University of Applied Arts at Vienna and since 2000 guest professor at the Städelschule in Frankfurt. In 1983 Klaus Bollinger and Manfred Grohmann established the practice Bollinger + Grohmann, now located in Frankfurt am Main, Vienna, Paris, Oslo and Melbourne with around 100 employees. DIPL. ING. MATTHIAS BAUER
Matthias Bauer is founder and CEO of MBA/S Matthias Bauer Associates, Stuttgart. He was assistant professor at the University of Stuttgart and is currently visiting critic and lecturer at various architecture schools and international workshops. DR. PATRICK FONTANA
Patrick Fontana is Senior Scientist at the Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung (BAM), Berlin, Germany. He graduated in Civil Engineering at the Technical University of Berlin and completed a PhD in Civil Engineering in 2006 at the Technical University of Brunswick. As civil engineer he is working since more than 15 years in the field of construction material science, in particular with high-performance concrete. Since 2012 he is responsible for the research on Damage Mechanisms and Protective Measures within the division Building Materials. www.bam.de
M.SC. DANIEL SCHMEER
Daniel Schmeer studied civil engineering at the University of Stuttgart. Between 2011 and 2012 he was project engineer at AJG-Ingenieure in Munich. He graduated from the University of Stuttgart with a Master degree in 2015 and became a research assistant at ILEK. MEng. ROMANA VERNIER
Romana Venier graduated with a Master in Civil Engineering in Zagreb in 2014 at the department of building materials. She wrote her master thesis on „The Effect of recycled brick aggregate properties on concrete“. In 2015 she joined the Sto Ges.m.b.H. where she is a technical consultant and project manager. www.sto.com
Alexandar Djikanovic is a graduated engineer of Architecture. He had worked as an architect before he bekame project manager for the territory of Serbia and Montenergo at „Xella Srbija“. Since 2014 he is a coordinator of commercial technical adviser for residential and commercial buildings.
ANA NIKEZIĆ, PhD
Ana Nikezić finished her PhD at the University of Belgrade with the theme of contemporary urban house in terms of city centre regeneration. Besides her leading activities in Studio Design and elective courses, she honours the vicedean for research at the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Belgrade. She is an editor and author of the book Playing Landscape – Principles of Architectural Design in the Context of Climate Change. AF, BGD (2013).
Dipl. Ing. Dr.-Techn. JOHANNES KIRNBAUER
Johannes Kirnbauer studied Civil Engineering at TU Wien and graduated with a PhD in civil engineering. He is University Assistant at TU Wien – Institute of Building Construction and Technology – Research Center of Building Materials, Material Technology and Fire Safety Science, Vienna, Austria. Since 10 years his research focuses primarily on the development of ultra high performance concrete and temperature behavior of concrete, especially explosive spalling of concrete due to fire. He already initiated a number of projects in these areas and is a member of national and international bodies (e.g. Austrian Standards Institute, RILEM, …).
Andjela Dubljevic finished Undergraduate and Master studies at the University of Belgrade – Faculty of architecture. She is working as a teaching assistant for the scientific field of architectural constructions, materials and physics building at the same University, and currently attending PhD studies. Her main research issue is exploration of building construction and facade concepts of tall buildings.
DR. THOMAS TEICHMANN
Thomas Teichmann studied at the Bauhaus-University Civil Engineering and graduated with a PhD in civil engineering at the University in Kassel. Today he is CEO of G.tecz. Concerned with concrete-research and consulting. Specialized on concrete optimization and development of ultra high performance concrete. Member of German and International technical comities.
DIPL. ING. ARCH. NEMANJA KORDIC
Nemanja Kordić studied at Faculty of Architecture – University Of Belgrade (BA and MA) and Staedelschule in Frankfurt am Main (M.A Advanced Architectural Design). Currently, he is a PhD candidate and a teaching assistant at bachelor and master Architectural Design Studios at Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade. DIPL. ING. ARCH. MIOGRAD GRBIĆ , PhD
Miodrag Grbić finished his PhD at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Architecture, with the theme forming structural elements of architectural objects using recycled fiber reinforced polymer. He is working as a teaching assistant for the scientific field of structural engineering in architecture. The main field of his research concerns structural characteristics of the materials and use of materials in architecture and constructions.
DIPL. ING. DUŠAN TODOROVIĆ
Dusan Todorovic graduated in Civil Engineering at the University of Belgrade. Since 2001 he is working for REHAU in the Building Technology Department, currently on the position of Head of Sales Balkan. REHAU as polymer specialist is leading premium brand system supplier in building technology products, such as potable water, sewer systems, panel heating/cooling systems and geothermal energy.
DIPL. ING. GEORG GRASSER
Georg Grasser studied architecture at the University of Innsbruck, Ecole d’Architecture de Paris la Villette, Vienna University of Technology and holds a Postgraduate Degree in architecture, specialization in computer aided architectural design from the ETH Zurich.
He is currently teaching at the New Design Universtiy St.Pölten and researching at the Department for Experimental Architecture / Hochbau at the University of Innsbruck, where he is currently co-running the robotic laboratory. In his research he is focusing on additive manufactured concrete structures and self-organized folding strategies of textile reinforced concrete.
DR. HEINZ-CHRISTIAN KREMPELS
Christian Krempels graduated in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration. He holds a PhD in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Stuttgart. He has over 30 years of extensive experience in operation and research in the chemical industry which facilitates the understanding of customer applications he supports in different countries and cultures. Half of this time he spent in the TiO2 business in technical sales support positions and as manager of application technology labs. Christian Krempels is Technical Marketing Manager in the Commercial Development Team of KRONOS, developing the pigment and TiO2-specialties business at KRONOS International Inc.
